Just a week past the 234th birthday of my wonderful home, AMERICA!! I am truly one of those folks who bleeds red, white and blue for my homeland. I spent the holiday re-watching the HBO series, John Adams and the best movie ever ... 1776! BBQ, family and friends ... a great long weekend.
I am probably the worst blogger ever as I can never keep up with blogging daily. There must be a gene missing in my personality. Either that or I am seriously ADD. I am so the person who walks into the room with a single purpose, forgets that purpose, and does 3 other things in the interim. LOL.
Life is a blessing right now. I have a wonderful hubby and the love of a wonderful family. Sure, things are not perfect but the sun is shining, the birds are singing and God is on His throne in Heaven watching over me. I just read a bible verse that is so wonderful I have to share it.
The LORD your God is with you,
He is mighty to save.
He will take great delight in you,
He will quiet you with his love,
He will rejoice over you with singing."
Zephaniah 3: 17
